Welcome to the beginning of HOOT's new homepage! HOOT stands for the Hub of OWL Operational Technology and it is OWL's development branch. This website is in the very early stages of development as it is a training ground for our members to learn how to build a website. I created this homepage by using the template I created for OWL's website, so all the links lead back to the OWL website. As members start to create their own products and we make tools available to our forecasters the navigation bar's links will be replaced with new links that connect to portions of HOOT's website as they become available. I hope everyone looks forward to the future of HOOT!
